The business-oriented solution “Enterprise Serialna” provides more comprehensive services.
Customers can check the congestion at individual stores a website or app, and time their visit to avoid crowds.
Logs can keep records of time of ticket issuing, notification, and completion, as well as customers’ purpose of visit. Logs can be downloaded as CSV as well.
By connecting to IC card or other card readers, or reading QR codes from a smartphone, customized reception can be provided for each customer.
By entering customer information from the calling terminal, customers’ arrival time and purpose of visit can be analyzed.
You can set up to 8 panels indicating purpose of visit, each displaying the number of waiting customers.
Using the QR code printed on the ticket, customers can check the current waiting status.
The reception screen ticket designs can be freely customized, giving them a touch of originality.
Customers can request visit times through a website or app, and the shop can confirm the request in advance. When the calling time is near, an alert will appear on the calling terminal.
Videos can be played on an external display. When a customer is called it returns to the waiting screen, and reverts to the video after time has passed.
