Basic Function

Function available on the the free version of Serialna which can be installed on an iPad.

  • Automatic Reception

    Automatic Reception

    Reception can be set up from the app with one touch.

  • Issue Reception Number Ticket

    Issue Reception Number Ticket

    Issue a ticked with the indicated number.

  • Call by voice

    Call by voice

    Call customers from the reception list. The calling voice can be selected and changed.

  • Select Reception Category

    Select Reception Category

    Customers choose the purpose of their visit when receiving a ticket.
    Up to five categories can be displayed.

  • Manage Reception and Calling

    Manage Reception and Calling

    The number of waiting customers and the last called number can be checked and managed.

  • Decorating the Reception Screen

    Use pre-installed illustrations to decorate the screen.

  • Add messages to the waiting ticket

    Any messages can be added to the tickets, such as greetings or information on business hours.

    For multiple service windows, customers can be called to a specific window. Windows can be numbered from 1 through 10.

    Using the QR code printed on the ticket, the current waiting status can be checked.

    Reception status log output

    Waiting situation logs can be obtained in CSV/Excel files. By analyzing information, staff can be allocated more efficiently.

    Web parts for checking congestion

    Customers can check the congestion at individual stores a website or app, and time their visit to avoid crowds.

  • Analysis Function for reception and service performance

    Analysis Function for reception and service performance

    Logs can keep records of time of ticket issuing, notification, and completion, as well as customers’ purpose of visit. Logs can be downloaded as CSV as well.

  • Card linking / Personal authentication Function

    Card linking / Personal authentication Function

    By connecting to IC card or other card readers, or reading QR codes from a smartphone, customized reception can be provided for each customer.

  • Basic customer information entry feature

    Basic customer information entry feature

    By entering customer information from the calling terminal, customers’ arrival time and purpose of visit can be analyzed.

  • Display the number of customers by purpose of visit

    You can set up to 8 panels indicating purpose of visit, each displaying the number of waiting customers.

    Using the QR code printed on the ticket, customers can check the current waiting status.

    Customers can request visit times through a website or app, and the shop can confirm the request in advance. When the calling time is near, an alert will appear on the calling terminal.

    Videos can be played on an external display. When a customer is called it returns to the waiting screen, and reverts to the video after time has passed.
